Who we are
We are the booking platform for Balkan travellers who choose Andalusia: more than 35 guides and articles on Málaga, Marbella, Seville, Granada, Ronda, Nerja, Cádiz, Córdoba and the coast — more every week — local tips and a curated selection of places to stay. Our readers plan their trip with us, and when they choose where to stay, they contact the hotel through our site.
Why the Balkan market
Travellers from the Balkans look for information and service in their own language, and today they mostly book through large international platforms. Andaluzija.rs gives them a channel in their language, and gives you direct contact with them.
How it works

The traveller sends an inquiry
They choose a destination, dates and number of guests on our site and write to your hotel in their own language.

You receive it in English or Spanish
The inquiry reaches your inbox translated, with dates, number of adults and children, and contact details.

You confirm with the guest
Price, availability and payment are agreed by you. Your reply is translated and forwarded to the traveller.
Terms
- No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, nothing up front: one invoice a month, prepared by us.
- One of the lowest commissions: 12 % on completed stays only. The first 5 hotels in each city that partner with us have 10 % guaranteed for good.
- Zero admin: sign-up, listing and invoicing are handled by us, and all support is in English or Spanish.
- You keep control of rates and availability. No channel manager or technical integration needed.
- Everything can be discussed: we welcome your proposals. You can read the full terms before you decide.
What your hotel gets
- Its own listing on the site, with photos and a description in Serbian, Croatian and Macedonian.
- Promotion at our expense: Google and Meta campaigns and SEO for your hotel and your city, and recommendations in our guides and in the “Featured” section of the home page.
- Translated communication: inquiries in any language reach you in English or Spanish, and your replies reach the traveller in theirs.
- A double-page feature in OBALA, our monthly magazine, with an interview if you wish (free for the first 20 partners in each city).
- amigos programme: we give guests up to 100 € towards their next stay at a partner hotel, paid out of our commission.

We give travellers who leave a review up to 100 € towards their next stay at a partner hotel. You apply the discount on the bill and we deduct the full amount from that month’s commission: we invest part of our commission to bring you more bookings, returning guests and genuine reviews.

FAQ
- Is there a sign-up cost?
- No. You only pay a 12 % commission (10 % for founding partners) when a guest who came through us stays at your property, with one invoice a month that we prepare.
- Do I need to connect my booking system?
- No. Inquiries arrive by email and you reply as you would to any guest.
- Who charges the guest?
- You do, as always, under your own payment and cancellation policy.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes, at any time and without penalty.
- Can the terms be adjusted?
- Yes. Everything can be discussed: send us your proposals and we will find what works for both sides.
- What are courtesy nights?
- For every 10 nights completed through Andaluzija.rs, the hotel offers us one night (standard double room, room only) on dates that suit you. We use it to get to know the hotel first-hand and keep its photos, texts and OBALA features up to date. The balance is always visible in your portal.
- What is the amigos programme?
- Travellers who stay at a partner hotel and leave a review get 50 € (stays from 600 €) or 100 € (from 1,200 €) off their next stay at any partner hotel. You apply it on the guest’s bill and we deduct the full amount from our commission that month: your price is unchanged.
