Andaluzija.rs is a brand of Sophivia PR Nemanja Kalember, Nikole Pašića 18, 19220 Donji Milanovac (Serbia), Reg. no. 68182212 ("Andaluzija.rs"). The property accepting these terms is the "partner".
Andaluzija.rs presents the property to travellers from Serbia, Croatia and the rest of the Balkans and works, at its own expense, to increase its visibility in this market: • Digital promotion: campaigns on Google, Meta and other channels, and SEO, to promote the property and the city or area where it is located and bring travellers to it. • Obala magazine (“The Coast” in English): Andaluzija.rs's monthly digital magazine, which brings Andalusia's destinations closer to travellers and presents the partner properties. • Translated communication: an integrated communication channel automatically translates travellers' inquiries and messages into English or Spanish, from any language, and the partner's replies into the traveller's language, through booking@andaluzija.rs. • Guest programmes: Andaluzija.rs funds campaigns that drive inquiries and stays. One of them is the Amigos programme, through which the guest receives, at Andaluzija.rs's expense, up to 100 € towards their next stay at a partner property: the aim is for travellers to come back, not just once. Andaluzija.rs charges travellers nothing, handles no payments and does not guarantee a minimum number of inquiries or stays.
The partner sets prices, availability, payment terms and cancellation policy, and confirms every booking directly with the guest.
The partner pays a commission on the accommodation amount (excluding tourist taxes) of every completed stay by a guest who came through Andaluzija.rs, including bookings closed outside the platform after an inquiry received through it. The standard rate is 12 %; founding partners (the first 5 properties in each city to accept these terms) have a fixed 10 % for as long as the partnership lasts. No sign-up or monthly fees.
On the 1st of each month Andaluzija.rs sends the list of the previous month's stays. The partner has 7 days to confirm or correct it (no-show, cancellation, amount). Corrections are reviewed with the partner before invoicing. Without a reply within 7 days the statement is considered confirmed. The invoice is paid by bank transfer within 15 days. Amounts under €50 roll over to the next month.
To know the properties we recommend first-hand and keep their photos, texts and Obala features up to date, for every 10 nights completed through Andaluzija.rs the partner makes one courtesy night available to Andaluzija.rs in a standard double room (room only). Nights accumulate and the balance is always visible in the partner portal, next to the stay history. They are booked in advance, subject to availability and outside the peak dates the partner indicates; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred and expire after 24 months.
The partner warrants it has the right to use the photos and texts it provides and authorises Andaluzija.rs to publish and adapt them (translation, formatting) to present the property.
Each party processes guest data only to handle the inquiry and the stay, in line with the GDPR. The partner will not use the data for purposes unrelated to the stay without the guest's consent.
The partnership has no fixed term. Either party may end it at any time by email, without penalty; commission on stays already completed or with a prior inquiry is still invoiced.
